Four core service areas, a signature system-mapping method, and a range of shorter-scope support — from value system design to policy advisory and executive education.
Every organization I work with is different — but they all share a common need: to see their value system clearly and redesign it for regeneration.
All engagements start with a discovery call — so we can identify the right framework and scope for your context.
Design the economic architecture of your network, platform, or community.
Whether you're building a community currency, a digital marketplace, or an incentive system for local impact, the architecture matters. I design the value flows, incentive structures, and platform mechanics that make these systems work — drawing on real-world experience with local currencies, rewards programs, and digital payments infrastructure.
Includes: Tokenomics, complementary and local currency systems, marketplace mechanics, incentive design
Client types: Solidarity economy projects, community currency initiatives, digital marketplaces, mission-driven organizations
Engagement model: Project-based (2–6 months) or advisory on retainer
Landmarks: Qoin Foundation, Solidaridad, Ithacash — i$ Ithaca Dollars, HERO Rewards, Citizen Wallet
Build organizations that can govern themselves — transparently and effectively.
Participatory governance is harder than it looks. I help organizations design governance frameworks that distribute power, clarify roles, and enable collective decision-making — without falling into chaos or bureaucracy.
Includes: DAO, sociocracy, and teal governance models, role and decision-rights design, treasury stewardship
Client types: Cooperatives, solidarity economy projects, enterprises, DAOs
Engagement model: Facilitated sessions (half-day to multi-day) with ongoing advisory
Landmarks: myLocal Cooperative, ReFi DAO, Qoin Foundation, Global Regenerative CoLab
Navigate the institutional frontier — from government to enterprise.
I advise governments, academic institutions, and enterprises on the policy and strategy of regenerative finance, community currencies, and economic systems design. This is high-level, outcomes-focused work that shapes the rules of the game.
Includes: Legislative and regulatory advisory, whitepaper and strategic plan authorship, systems mapping for policy audiences
Client types: Local governments, CDFIs, enterprises, policymakers
Engagement model: Project-based (3–12 months), typically including whitepaper or strategic plan deliverables
Landmarks: New York State Assembly & Senate, NYS Attorney General's Office, City of Berkeley, California
Bring regenerative economics to your stage, classroom, or gathering.
I speak, teach, and facilitate at conferences, universities, policy briefings, and executive retreats. I don't just present — I design the learning experience, build curriculum, and train others to teach.
Includes: Keynotes, executive workshops, multi-day unconferences, curriculum design, university guest lectures
Client types: Conference organizers, universities, executive programs, policy institutes
Engagement model: Event-based or program-based, with custom design and delivery
Landmarks: Cornell Law School, CoFi Gathering, ReFi DAO Local Node Incubator, Maharishi International University
Signature Method
Some problems are too tangled to solve in conversation alone. The NEAT Method is a visual diagramming technique I use to map how value, resources, and relationships actually move through a system — producing value flow diagrams that put the invisible architecture on the wall where everyone can point at it.
I write about the method at length in Pathways to Regeneration. It runs underneath nearly every engagement I take on, and it also works as a stand-alone mapping session when that's all you need.
Most useful for: governance design, tokenomics, partnership structures, and any moment where a group is talking past each other about value in motion.
Not every project needs a six-month engagement. Sometimes you need a single session, a discrete deliverable, or an advisor in the wings. If your project is smaller in scope than the four areas above, there's still plenty I can do.
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call — no pitch, no pressure, just clarity.
